Halloween Fun #7 and #8

#7- Gym Halloween Dress-up Day!This year was so much fun dressing up and going to the gym. The kids had a great time....I so did I! I got an hour of my favorite gym class...with no kids to worry about! They had a little party while I worked out!

Fun #8- PUMPKIN PATCH

BEST BUDDIES!

Halloween wouldn't be Halloween if we didn't go to a Pumpkin Patch! Since the pumpkin patch was right up the road from the gym I decided we would do all in one day...since the kids were already dressed up! So we went and had so much fun touching and picking up pumpkins. They each got a mini-pumpkin to take home when we were done.

Yeah, pretty much just chillin' with the Pumpkins!

Halloween Fun #6

TRUNK-OR-TREAT 2009

This year was so much fun at Trunk or Treat. We invited the Marelli family to come with us and that made is so fun. Marco and Sophie are best buddies! His Spiderman costume was great! They played lots of games and got lots of candy!! Little Tann Tann was such a good sport, he is getting to where he acts like he wants to eat whatever you are eating...but he is still too little! I felt bad not giving him a sucker or something.

Halloween Fun #3-#5 All in one day!!

#3- This was the Saturday before Halloween, and I wanted to pack as much Halloween fun into one day that I could....So we went to Seaworld in the morning, Neighborhood Homeowners Party, and Sea World again at night! We went during the day to Sea World to watch the Sesame Street show, play on the pirate ship, and go through the new kid under the sea event.

#4 - Neighborhood Halloween Party

So this was Tanner's first and last time to wear his Bat costume....TOO HOT FOR THIS WEATHER! Great for Utah but not Texas!!! So, luckily I had some back-ups!

#5- SEA WORLD TRICK OR TREATING! (2nd time there in 1 day) LOVE SEASON PASSES!

Halloween Fun #2

I hosted Tasters Table this month at my house...the theme was "Halloween Treats"! We had lots of fun tasting yummy Halloween treats! Sophie like the "Root Juice" (rootbeer) best!

Halloween Fun #1

So this is the first of many Halloween posts to come...yeah I am really loving Halloween! Its starting to make its climb to Christmas and Easter (don't worry nothing is better than Christmas and Easter), but Halloween is so much fun....maybe because the weather here allows for so many fun Halloween festivities! So, here is how we started our Halloween Week! Gotta love Halloween Sugar Cookies! Sugar Cookies are so much work....so I've decided there are some things you can cut corners on...like buy the sugar cookie mix in the tub so you all you have to do is roll it out and cut! Less mess and less dishes! Sophie loves to cut cookies...she thinks its giant playdoh. She loved sprinkling the flour on the table best! Tanner and Daddy were snuggled up on the couch taking an evening nap...fun times with the kiddos!

Utah Trip

We took a trip home to Utah in October. The kids did a great job traveling!

Tanner hanging out with cousins, Makyla and Austin! It was so much fun watching my niece Makyla play volleyball. Talk about bringing back some memories. How I wish I could be young again playing highschool volleyball...not a worry in the world! :) She is a very talented player! Sophomore on the Varsity team..yeah I am a pretty proud Aunt! She plays my Alma Mater highschool team this weekend at the State Tournament in the 1st round. 11 years ago this weekend Mountain Crest (my team) played Spanish Fork (her highschool) for the Utah 4A state championship.....Mountain Crest won! This year however I am cheering on Spanish Fork!

Sophie and Jacee having a slumber party! They stayed up watching "The Grinch"...maybe thats why Sophie has been having night terrors! :) She claims she loves Mr. Grinch!
Sweet Baby Tanner B! He just melts my heart! He discovered his toes!!! Loves them!!! Oh I could have 10 more of him!!! Well not that many but if all the rest of our kiddos are as well tempered as Tanner, I will definately have more kids! Take a look at my nephew Austin up 2 pictures....This is what I picture Tanner looking like in 11 years! Everyone says Tanner reminds them of when Austin was a baby! Austin is so sweet with Baby Tanner! They are buddies!
