Birthday Fun!

Happy Birthday to ME!
My birthday was so much fun this year! I started the morning by dropping off my car to get hauled home...then I took the kids to Sea World and had lunch and played in the water area. Then we zoomed home for naps and to get ready for my yummy birthday dinner at Red Lobster! YUmmy! We had dinner with the Marelli family....oh how I miss living by them. Then after dinner I went and met my friends at Applebees for dessert before the Eclipse midnight release! Then after dessert we went and watched Eclipse! So much fun with 20 of my friends! Great way to spend my birthday and last days in San Antonio!

So, this was such an emotional day for me. I had been dreading the day I would have to say goodbye to all the wonderful friends I made while living in San Antonio. It was such an amazing experience and I learned so much from each person. I LOVED my ward...they were my family while there. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about them. I will always cherish the fun memories with them!

Notice how red all their faces are!!!! Gotta love a hot summer in San Antonio!

Tower of America in San Antonio

After living in San Antonio the last 5 years we figured we better take a visit to the Tower of America before we moved. We went and had dinner and dessert at the restaurant at the top that rotates around so you can see the whole city. It was fun to look across town and reminise a about the fun memories we had in San Antonio. We had so much fun!

Posing for a picture! We didn't tell her to do this...we simply told her to stand there and smile...and this is what she came up with!
